Project management, communication and project development
The project is led by Scania, which is the project owner. Scania will manage the project in close cooperation with CLOSER and they will hold regular project and consortium meetings. The project has a reference group consisting of external stakeholders from industry, the academic world and the public sector.
CLOSER's involvement includes establishing links to other national and international initiatives, acting as a neutral cooperation coordinator and contributing process management expertise in areas such as open innovation and horizontal cooperation.

- Coordinating pilot projects and industrial research projects
- Standardisation and interoperability
- Communication measures
