Einride new partner in CLOSER

- Our expectations for participation in CLOSER are that we will expand our network of potential project partners and have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects that create a more efficient and sustainable transport system, says Andreas Allström, Director of public funding & Research collaborations at Einride. We see CLOSER as a very good platform for collaboration and discussion and in the phase that Einride is in, it is incredibly important that we find the right partners. As a small company, we must work together to achieve our ambitious goals and I see CLOSER as an excellent arena for us to talk about what we do, discuss the challenges that exist and find project partners, Andreas continues.

- Since we already run transports with electric heavy trucks for some of our customers, we have practical experience of electrifying freight transport and the challenges that a transition to electric freight transport entails. This means that we can contribute with ideas and project proposals based on the challenges identified together with our customers, Andreas concludes.
