I have a strong conviction that regardless of what activities are conducted, one should work together where economically, socially and environmentally sustainable development takes place at the same time. E-commerce is here to stay and I think it is extremely crucial and important to increase the will to sustainability of both e-retailers and especially consumers. To succeed in this, we need a clear and transparent communication and this work must take place in cross-functional collaboration across sectors.
