The question closest to my heart  when it comes to sustainability is about behavioral changes and being able to help people make smart choices by making it clear what the consequences of different choices are and also making it easy to make the right choice. I see sustainability work as a positive change of work and focus on the solutions rather than problems, although of course these are complex and serious issues. When it comes to e-commerce specifically, I want to lift the whole, a transport for example is not only the last mile to me as an end-customer but often starts somewhere far away in the world. It is important to ensure sustainability throughout the chain.
