The SELECT project is coming to an end and it is time to share some of the findings from the two years that the project has been running. The final conference will be held in Mechelen, Belgium and during the conference we will also get to take part the development of the charging infrastructure in the EU and what strategy Flanders Region is working with. And, we will also go visit last-mile delivery actor VPD Logistics. Welcome!
The SELECT project gathers local and regional authorities together with business support organizations from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. The partners will work to explore prerequisites for supplying electric light and heavy-duty fleets with sufficient power and energy at logistics terminals and public locations, and to explore potential new services enabled by digital solutions, and governance structures needed to support the transition.
As part of the work, the SELECT project partners are exploring the role that public actors have in supporting the electric transition in logistics.
This meeting will be held in Mechelen, Belgium. More information about Mechelen can be found in the documents up top.
